Refund and Cancellation Policy – GMCG e-Learning Platform
At GMCG, we value our learners and clients and aim to provide high-quality services and training. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our e-learning services and accredited programmes.
1. General Policy
Refunds are granted based on the type of course or service purchased and the timeframe of the cancellation request. All refund requests must be made in writing to info@gmcg.co.za and include your full name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.

Note: An administrative fee of R250 may apply for all approved refunds.
3. Corporate Clients or Group Bookings
For corporate clients or bulk group bookings, a separate service-level agreement (SLA) applies. If no SLA was signed, the refund scale above applies.
4. Postponements
If a learner cannot attend the scheduled course date, one postponement to the next available intake is allowed without penalty, provided GMCG is notified in writing at least 5 working days in advance.
5. Non-Attendance
No refund will be issued for failure to attend a course or access the platform, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), which must be supported by official documentation.
6. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be provided for any:
- Downloaded course materials
- E-books, templates, or guides
- Completed modules or accessed LMS content
7. Platform Access Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the platform, GMCG will:
- Attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If unresolved after 5 business days, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit voucher
8. Accredited Training and External Assessments
Refunds for accredited courses that involve External Integrated Summative Assessments (EISA) or QCTO-linked training will not be granted once:
- Training has commenced
- Learner has accessed 20% or more of course content
- Assessment registration has been processed
9. Course Cancellations by GMCG
In the event GMCG cancels a course due to low enrolment, trainer unavailability, or technical issues, learners will be offered:
- A full refund
- OR a transfer to the next available intake
